Conditions of Use of the Saltex Consulting Website.
This website is the property of Saltex Consulting, a wholly owned subsiduary of Dihusky Family Trust and use of this website is subject to these Conditions of Use:
Use of this website is granted on the proviso that you do not interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse this Web site. You may only use this Web site for lawful purposes.

"You" means you the purchaser.
Contract of Purchase
Placing an order online is a legally binding contract for supply of the goods.
Once the ordered products have been shipped, normally within 48 hours, this contract cannot be varied.
Cancellations and Variation of Contract:
All cancellations and requests to vary an order must be submitted to us by email from the email address registered with Saltex Consulting Online Store within 24hrs of order placement
If the goods have been dispatched, you are responsible from returning the goods to us and you are responsible for the costs to return the goods. All returns are to be via a receipted delivery system. These items must be returned in an unopened state. If you fail to use a receipted delivery system, we will not be held liable for any losses.
Legal Capacity
Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years are not entitled to purchase via or enter into any commercial arrangement via the Saltex Consulting Online Store.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and placing an Order, you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Saltex Consulting reserves the right to recover any losses resulting from the use of this site by a minor, from the parents or guardian of the minor who placed the order.

In order to place an order, you must complete the registration form. The registration process will required you to provide us with certain details and contact information. This information is necessary for the completion and delivery of your order and may be used if we need to contact you. Please ensure this information is upto date when ever you visit this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in way.
Prices
Saltex Consulting reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on this site at any time.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Should you wish to purchase any products in bulk, please contact us with details via our contact page.

Payment can be made via PayPal or PayPal Credit Card facilities - Visa, Mastercard. You do not need to have an account to use their credit card facilities and any Paypal charges will be borne by us.

Supply Of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation email.
When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item.
General
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("Act"), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability of Slatex Consulting and Salt-X Australia Pty Ltd (manufacturer) for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option Saltex Consulting and Salt-X Australia Pty Ltd (manufacturer), to the replacement of the Product(s).
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
Force Majeure
Saltex Consulting shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Saltex Consulting, and Saltex Consulting shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
