Salt-X SX50 is a powerful salt wash for seawater corrosion. It is water based, non-caustic, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Salt-X SX50 breaks the bond between salt and virtually any surface helping wash salt off and provide protection for corrosion from saltwater, thereby removing salt residues caused by exposure to salt water and spray. SX50 will remove salt calcification deposits on equipment and in marine cooling systems, without damaging seals, piping, gaskets or the base metal.

Salt-X SX50 is highly concentrated and can be used full strength or diluted upto 1:35 depending on the application. It is so powerful, it can even be used to convert salt water into a salt removal solution when adequate supplies of fresh water are not available..

SX50 offers a complete salt corrosion protection solution for the cooling systems of outboard & inboard motors, heat exchangers and protects against galvanic corrosion. If used regularly it breaks down existing deposits, then protects from further seawater damage, leaving your motor's cooling system working at its best.

For salt removal and the prevention of salt corrosion on smaller items such as Dive gear, Fishing Tackle, Lures and fishing reels, immerse in SX50 until all signs of salt corrosion are gone, then allow to air-dry. SX50 does not need to be Rinsed off.

Salt-X SX50 is available in 1 litre, 4 litres, 10 litres, 208 litres & RTU; a pre-diluted handy 750ml spray bottle.
